How Peer Support Works

Our program is built on the power of shared experience and authentic connection.

What You Can Expect:

  • One-on-One Support: Private sessions tailored to your goals and needs.
  • Group Support Meetings: Connect with others on similar journeys in a safe, supportive space.
  • Resource Navigation: Help accessing community resources for housing, employment, finances, and wellness.
  • Non-Judgmental Space: A confidential environment where you can speak openly without shame.management.

Our Approach:

All our Peer Support Specialists are individuals in sustained recovery who have completed state-approved certification training. They are here to listen, share practical strategies, and walk alongside you—not to judge or tell you what to do.

Problem gambling affects entire families. If you're feeling stressed, confused, or hurt by a loved one's gambling, support is available. Our peers can help you:

💻 Virtual Video Sessions: Face-to-face connection from the comfort of your own space. Secure and confidential.Safe, private locations.

👥 In-Person Meetings: Available in Phoenix and other major population centers.

Arizona Self-Inclusion Program

We provide information and support for Arizona’s Self-Exclusion/Inclusion Program, which allows individuals to voluntarily ban themselves from gambling establishments. Our peers can help you navigate the application process and develop a support plan during your exclusion period.


About Our Peer Support Specialists

Our Team

Our team members are more than just trained professionals—they’re people who have walked a similar path.

Every Peer Specialist Must:

  1. Have personal lived experience (minimum 2 years in recovery).
  2. Complete a 15-hour state-approved certification program.
  3. Receive ongoing clinical supervision from ICGC-II or TAP Certified supervisors.
  4. Adhere to strict ethical guidelines and boundaries.
